We are sorry you are having difficulties logging in to view your online case access details. We find most problems can be resolved by using the methods outlined below.

For All Internet Browsers/Platforms

Firstly, please make sure you are typing in the correct username and password. If you have lost your username and password, please complete the contact us form and we will resend them to you.

Secondly, please make sure you are not looking at a cached version of the website. To empty your cache in Internet Explorer, please click on Tools, then Internet Options, then click Delete Files, then OK and finally OK again. To empty your cache in Netscape Navigator, please click on Edit, then Preferences, then Cache, then Clear Memory Cache. This should allow you to access your online case details.

Thirdly, make sure the login details are typed correctly. Login details are case sensitive so 'A/' will work but 'a/' will not work.

Finally, ensure that the password is typed into the password box and username is typed into the username box as they are not interchangeable.

Corporate or Business Network Users

If you are using this site from a business environment, and you are experiencing problems logging in, your IT department may have cached the login page. Cached pages are web site pages that you have visited previously and are stored on your computer. They may also be pages that are stored on a server, at an ISP or your corporate internet server, so that when you request a page you do not get the actual current live version of the page but the most recent one that the server stored.

Internet Explorer 6 or 7

Internet Explorer 6 or 7 can be set to block any cookies that sites try to set on your machine. Cookies are very small files stored on your machine and are used to either remember information you have entered or what you have done while on the website in order to personalise information presented for you.

This web site uses a 'session cookie' to store the fact that you have successfully logged in, allowing you to see all your case reports without having to enter multiple passwords. Session cookies are automatically deleted from your machine as soon as you close your Internet browser. To enable us to set a session cookie on your machine, and therefore allowing us to show you your online case progress report, please click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Privacy. If the slider bar is set to 'Block All Cookies', please move it down a notch to 'High'.

Please click Edit, then type in a web address in the text input box, and click Allow, then OK, then Apply, then OK. This will allow us to place session cookies on your machine.
